Responsibilities

• Client Interface: Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Requirement Understanding: Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings.
• Project Estimation: Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Code and Unit Test Reviews: Perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Team Guidance: Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables.
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
• Program/System Development: Contribute to building efficient programs/systems and support clients in their digital transformation journey.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Healthcare Data Analyst Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, data mapping, STTM creation, data profiling, and reporting.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in the healthcare domain and analytics functional business analysis.
