๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the face of Infosys BPM, resolving customer issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Resolve non-technical issues related to orders, billing, banking, and services.
  • Provide accurate and empathetic support while ensuring data quality.
  • Offer navigational guidance on self-service portals.
  • Maintain updated process documentation (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint).
  • Follow company policies and meet performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality in all interactions.

To be part of the Infosys BPM team, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be open to working night shifts (US shift) and 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Preferred: Experience in US contact center or customer support environment.
  • Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO).
