Roles and Responsibilities
As a QC Trainee/Officer, you will be responsible for handling wet lab activities and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform enzyme assays using various analytical methods
- Design and optimize enzyme assays for accurate activity measurement
- Troubleshoot analytical errors and ensure accurate reporting
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in daily laboratory work
- Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per quality standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in QC or wet lab
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of enzyme assay techniques
- Understanding of analytical methods
- Familiarity with GLP and GDP guidelines
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits
- Expected Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
