This walk-in interview is an excellent opportunity for M.Pharm graduates with 2–7 years of experience in formulation and development.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex formulations (injectable, suspension, emulsion, ophthalmic) for regulated markets.
- Conduct literature searches and apply regulatory guidelines for sterile formulation development.
- Handle technology transfer from R&D to GMP scale.
- Prepare and review documents like MFC, MPC, BMR/BPR, stability protocols, and CMC documentation.
- Execute process optimization and exhibit batches at manufacturing sites.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with cGLP and SOPs.
- Review and interpret stability data and trial results throughout product development.
🎓 Qualifications and Skills
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or related specialization.
- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in formulation development (OSD/Sterile/Ophthalmic).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for global markets (USFDA, UKMHRA, EMA, etc.).
- Proficiency in technical documentation, stability data interpretation, and process validation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
