Responsibilities
Production Department – Operators (Granulation)
- Operate and maintain granulation equipment per SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency.
- Document batch records and report deviations.
Quality Control Department – Executive
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GLP, and AMV techniques.
- Perform raw material (RM) and finished product analysis.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration compliance.
- Prepare and review analytical reports.
Quality Control Department – Officer/Sr. Officer
- Execute quality control tests for raw materials and formulations.
- Utilize HPLC, GLP, and AMV for accurate testing.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs.
- Support method validation and stability studies.
Quality Assurance Department – Officer/Sr. Officer (IPQA)
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks.
- Verify compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Review batch records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams for quality standards.
Qualifications
- Production Operators (Granulation): ITI or Diploma with 3-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical granulation.
- QC Executive: B.Pharm or M.Sc with 6-10 years of experience in quality control, skilled in GLP, HPLC, AMV, and RM testing.
- QC Officer/Sr. Officer: B.Pharm or M.Sc with 4-8 years of experience, proficient in HPLC, GLP, AMV, and RM analysis.
- QA Officer/Sr. Officer (IPQA): B.Pharma with 3-8 years of experience in IPQA and GMP compliance.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
