Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates selected for Production roles will be responsible for:

• Handling formulation plant operations
• Operating and maintaining equipment such as:
  • Blister packing machines
  • Autocoaters
  • Compression machines
  • Granulation systems
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Maintaining documentation and batch records

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes
• Experience in formulation plant (for experienced roles)
• Basic technical understanding of machinery and equipment
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
