Job Responsibilities
Production Associate (Operator)
- Operate and maintain equipment for manufacturing, filling, washing, autoclave, and isolator processes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in sterile formulation production.
- Support batch processing and documentation for injectable and ophthalmic products.
Quality Assurance Officer/Executive/Manager
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct qualification, validation, and aseptic core monitoring.
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks for sterile formulations.
Microbiology Officer/Executive
- Perform environmental monitoring, sterility testing, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), and water testing.
- Execute routine and non-routine microbiological analysis.
- Support Process Evaluation Testing (PET) and maintain QMS documentation.
Production Officer/Executive (Shift Incharge)
- Oversee shift operations for manufacturing, filling, washing, autoclave, and isolator processes.
- Ensure adherence to QMS and GMP standards.
- Coordinate with teams to meet production timelines and quality goals.
Quality Control Officer/Executive
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, Karl Fischer, Autotitrator, GC, and dissolution testers.
- Conduct quality testing for sterile and non-sterile formulations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Production Associate (Operator): Diploma, D.Pharm, or B.Sc. with 2-12 years of experience in injectable/ophthalmic manufacturing.
- Quality Assurance Officer/Executive/Manager: B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 5-15 years of experience in QMS, compliance, and validation.
- Microbiology Officer/Executive: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology with 3-10 years of experience in environmental monitoring and testing.
- Production Officer/Executive (Shift Incharge): B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 2-10 years of experience in sterile manufacturing.
- Quality Control Officer/Executive: B.Sc. or M.Sc. with 3-8 years of experience in handling analytical instruments.
Note: Preference for Goan candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.
