Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Assistant at Indero, you’ll support clinical trial operations by assisting Project Managers, Coordinators, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure seamless execution of clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for clinical study coordination.
- Maintain project trackers, contacts, and documentation in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Verify and track vendor and site invoices.
- Support reconciliation of training records against project-specific matrices.
- Organize and manage study files in the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
- Track email correspondences and regulatory documentation.
- Manage site-specific system access requests and permissions.
- Update enrollment trackers for screened, randomized, and screen-failed patients.
- Prepare project status reports and tracking updates.
- Assist with site visit reports and close-out documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks.
This role offers hands-on exposure to clinical operations, data management, regulatory compliance, and trial documentation, paving the way for career growth into project management or CRA roles.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education:
- B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech Biotechnology, Nursing, or related life science discipline.
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in clinical research, CRO, or pharmaceutical operations.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location & Salary
