Job Description
Indegene is hiring a Pharma Language Editor / Review Committee Member to work on-site at a top pharmaceutical client’s location. This role is ideal for professionals with strong editing skills and a background in life sciences or English literature.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and edit promotional & scientific content for grammar, style, and brand consistency.
✔ Ensure compliance with client-specific style guides and regulatory standards.
✔ Improve readability, logical flow, and accuracy of medical/scientific documents.
✔ Identify and flag inconsistencies, data conflicts, or deviations from guidelines.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality, compliant content.
✔ Maintain checklists, documentation standards, and project timelines.
✔ Proactively highlight scope changes or quality risks.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Strong command of English (written & verbal).
✅ Experience in editing/proofreading—preferably in pharma/medical content.
✅ Ability to interpret complex scientific data and present it clearly.
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences
- OR
- M.A. in English Literature with pharma editing experience
- Prior experience in pharma research or clinical/scientific content editing is a plus.
