Job Title: Field Patient Care Advisor

Education: B. Pharma, BSc, or any Life Science graduate
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Patient Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient adherence and improving health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Counseling:
- Counsel patients for improved health-related outcomes based on pre-defined touchpoints.
- Handle patient queries and provide responses from pre-defined FAQs.
- Adverse Event Reporting:
- Report adverse drug reactions and market complaints as per SOPs.
- Patient Engagement:
- Connect with patients at regular intervals to ensure therapy adherence.
- Track and manage patient compliance and adherence.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop strong relationships with physicians and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate data entry in CRM tools and adhere to SLAs.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Provide patient support by coordinating with other stakeholders.
- Participate in review calls and meetings with clients and internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: B. Pharma, BSc, or any Life Science graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in patient counseling or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and empathy.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
