Ind-Swift Walk-In Drive 2025 – Hiring for Production/ Packing/ QA/ QC

Ind-Swift, a leading name in the pharmaceutical industry, is conducting a walk-in drive in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, on 14th–15th June 2025 (10:00 AM–6:00 PM) for multiple roles across Production, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA). The company seeks experienced professionals for its facilities in Samba (Jammu & Kashmir) and Derabassi (Punjab).

Open Positions Include:

• Production (Ointment/Tablet/Capsule):
  • Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive: B.Pharma with 2–7 yrs in manufacturing (granulation, compression, capsule filling).
  • Operator/Sr. Operator: 12th/ITI with 4–8 yrs in ointment manufacturing/tube-filling/auto-cartonator.
• Quality Control (QC):
  • Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive: B.Pharma/M.Pharma/M.Sc Chemistry (2–7 yrs in RM, FG, stability testing).
• Quality Assurance (QA):
  • Officer/Sr. Officer: B.Pharma (2–7 yrs in IPQA & documentation).
• Packing:
  • Officer/Sr. Officer: B.Pharma (3–6 yrs in packing operations, BQS, auto-cartonator).

Note: Candidates with regulatory exposure (cGMP) will be preferred.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Pharma/M.Pharma/M.Sc (Chemistry)/12th/ITI (as per role).
• Experience: 2–8 years in relevant pharma manufacturing/QC/QA operations.
• Skills: Knowledge of cGMP, IPQA, granulation, compression, packing machinery (BQS, auto-cartonator).
