We are hiring 20 CQV Engineers who will play a crucial role in ensuring our processes and equipment meet stringent regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards that our clients expect, and your contributions will directly impact the quality of our pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
As a CQV Engineer at Incepbio Pvt Ltd, you will be expected to:
- Develop and execute validation protocols using E-validation or the ValGenesis System.
- Conduct thorough qualifications and validations of process equipment, process gases, HVAC systems, clean rooms, and storage equipment.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to validation protocols to guarantee reliable results, demonstrating a solid understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a problem-solving approach and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates should have:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in DP, DS, and Engineering roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and approach challenges analytically.
