Key Responsibilities
As a QC professional at Immacule Lifesciences, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. Key duties include:
- Performing analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operating and maintaining advanced QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Tester, Karl Fischer (KF), TOC Analyzer, pH meter, and more.
- Conducting stability studies in accordance with ICH guidelines.
- Handling Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, change controls, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintaining documentation as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ALCOA+ principles.
- Ensuring adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards, including USFDA, EU, and WHO guidelines.
These responsibilities span all QC sections: Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), In-Process (IP), Finished Products (FP), Stability, GLP, and QMS.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for these positions, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology), B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 3 to 9 years in pharmaceutical Quality Control, preferably in injectable or sterile manufacturing.
- Positions Available: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive.
- Vacancies: 35 across all QC sections.
Candidates with hands-on experience in sophisticated instruments and regulatory audits will have an advantage.
