1. Quality Control Specialist

  • Experience: 3-7 years in a quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Qualifications: B.Pharma or M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
  • Responsibilities: This crucial role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our products throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include executing testing procedures, analyzing results, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach are essential.

2. Human Resources Professional

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a human resources capacity, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
  • Qualifications: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Responsibilities: The HR professional will play a key role in managing various aspects of human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

3. Administration Professional (Pharmaceutical Industry)

  • Experience: 3-6 years of administrative experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; prior experience in a pharmaceutical administrative role is a must.
  • Responsibilities: This role encompasses a wide range of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, and providing general support to the administrative team. 4. Engineering – Process Electrical/Instrumentation

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in process electrical or instrumentation engineering within a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing setting.
  • Qualifications: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Responsibilities: This position involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems within our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Experience with automation systems and PLC programming is highly desirable.

5. IPQA/Validation/QMS (Sterile) Specialist

  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), validation, or Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a sterile manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our sterile injectable products throughout the manufacturing process, including executing validation protocols, performing quality audits, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. 6. Microbiologist

  • Experience: 2-7 years of experience in microbiology, ideally within a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology or a closely related field.
  • Responsibilities: This role involves conducting microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with sterility testing and environmental monitoring is highly advantageous.

7. Production (QMS/Aseptic) Specialist

  • Experience: 3-7 years of production experience in a QMS or aseptic environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Qualifications: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Responsibilities: This role is responsible for overseeing and participating in the production process of sterile injectables, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are critical.
