Key Responsibilities as a Virtual Radiology Assistant
The Virtual Radiology Assistant (VRA) role is essential to assisting radiologists in maintaining accurate records, validating medical images, and creating reports. Below are the main responsibilities:
- Image Review and Validation: You will be responsible for reviewing medical images from the application and validating them against the study, ensuring the integrity of the data.
- Study Report Creation: Draft study reports by gathering and identifying relevant clinical information and comparing it with previous records for radiologist review.
- Communication with Radiologists: Communicate via teams with radiologists regarding any missing or irrelevant information and ensure all clinical data is up-to-date.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and help in creating a knowledge repository for improving efficiency and accuracy.
