📌 Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate medical coding and QA for assigned specialties (Anesthesia, Pathology, Surgery, ENM, ED Infusion, and ED Facility).
- Ensure compliance with ICD, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
- Review and audit coded data for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the internal QA team to ensure coding standards and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
✅ Qualifications
- Experience Levels:
- Junior Medical Coders: 1+ years (Mumbai)
- Senior Medical Coders: 2+ years (Coimbatore)
- QA Roles: 5+ years (Mumbai & Coimbatore)
- Education: Graduation in Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical fields preferred.
- Certification: CPC/CCA/CCS preferred (not mandatory).
- Requirement: No absconding history in previous employment.
