The company is currently hiring for two exciting roles: eCOA Screen Review Associate and Data Quality Analyst. These positions offer opportunities to work remotely or onsite across India, Poland, and Bulgaria, contributing to innovative patient-centric outcomes and high-quality clinical trial data.
1. eCOA Screen Review Associate
Locations: Bulgaria (Sofia), Poland (Warsaw), India (Trivandrum, Bangalore, Chennai)
Work Type: Office or Home
Experience Required: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Review eCOA screenshots to ensure alignment with best practices and study requirements.
- Perform functional testing on eCOA applications across multiple devices.
- Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional support throughout the review process.
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years in client services, project management, or clinical research coordination.
- Familiarity with clinical outcomes assessments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with clinical trial management systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
2. Data Quality Analyst
Location: India (Chennai)
Work Type: Office With Flex
Experience Required: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:
- Track, report, and analyze operational metrics to support performance oversight.
- Develop dashboards and metrics aligned with client requirements.
- Validate data quality before performing analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Communicate analytical insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related fields.
- 3+ years in business data analysis; experience in Pharma/CRO preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of statistical methods.
- Experience in data quality and data governance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
