Roles & Responsibilities โ Clinical Trial Associate
As a Clinical Trial Associate at ICON, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the coordination and administration of clinical trials in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining and organizing essential clinical trial documentation and study files
- Supporting regulatory submissions, including Ethics Committee (EC) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions
- Assisting in the preparation of study-related documents such as Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and Case Report Forms (CRF)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution
- Tracking, monitoring, and reporting clinical trial metrics and milestones
Eligibility & Qualifications
To qualify for this Clinical Trial Associate job in Bengaluru, candidates should have:
- Bachelorโs degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- NDCT rules and Indian regulatory requirements
- EC & IRB submissions
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced CRO environment
