Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate eCOA and clinical trial screenshots
- Manage language services and translation projects
- Coordinate with global translation vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Track project timelines, quality metrics, and documentation
- Support linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in COA, localization, translation project management, or clinical research
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
- Experience with eCOA tools and linguistic validation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
2️⃣ Configuration & QC Specialist I
Location: Chennai, India
Work Model: Office with Flex | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support EDC systems for clinical trials
- Perform QC checks on clinical trial databases and documents
- Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Ops
- Assist in system validation and UAT
- Train end-users on data entry and QC processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ year experience in Python and SQL (mandatory)
- Experience in pharma or biotechnology industry preferred
- Knowledge of Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Inform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
