🔹 Analyst, Clinical Research Systems & Reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for system users, resolving tickets and configuration requests.
- Interface with IT and vendor teams to address system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Capture user feedback, review system data, and identify training needs.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and training material development.
- Mentor junior staff and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Prior experience in system support, clinical operations, or IT-related functions preferred.

Qualifications
