🧪 Role 1: Intern – Clinical Validation (Office-Based)
This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to start a career in Clinical Research, Validation, and GCP-compliant workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing software validation protocols
- Support testing of clinical applications and internal technology platforms
- Maintain documentation for regulatory and audit purposes
- Collaborate with functional teams and troubleshoot validation findings
- Ensure compliance with GCP and global regulatory standards
Eligibility
- Master’s in Life Sciences (2024 or 2025 graduates)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with QA or validation tools preferred
💻 Role 2: Clinical Data Engineer (Remote Eligible)
This position suits experienced individuals in data engineering, ETL pipelines, clinical data warehousing, and cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable pipelines for clinical datasets
- Create ETL/ELT frameworks using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Implement automation and quality gates for clinical data ingestion
- Support downstream teams (programming, biostatistics, analytics)
- Manage clinical data lakes, warehouses, APIs, JSON/XML datasets
Required Expertise
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, NoSQL, R, RShiny
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake/Redshift and CI/CD tools (GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins)
- Background in healthcare, CRO, or regulated data ecosystems is an advantage
