Key Responsibilities
As a CRA I/II at ICON, you will:

- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff for smooth trial conduct.
- Perform data review, query resolution, and maintain clinical data quality.
- Support preparation and review of study documents, including protocols and reports.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
- Minimum 3 years of on-site CRA monitoring experience.
- Mandatory experience in oncology or immunology therapeutic areas.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and GCP.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel 60% (domestic & international) with a valid driver’s license.
