Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production QMS Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality assurance in the production department. Key duties include:
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of QMS activities in Production.
- Review, prepare, and control SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, protocols, and reports.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and risk assessments related to production.
- Support batch release documentation and ensure data integrity compliance.
- Coordinate investigations for production-related deviations and non-conformances.
- Participate in internal audits, regulatory audits, and customer audits.
- Monitor GMP compliance on the shop floor and provide guidance to production teams.
- Ensure training compliance for production personnel.
- Review and maintain logbooks, registers, and QMS records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or relevant fields.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Production QMS, preferably in the biopharma industry.
- Hands-on experience with Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control processes.
- Good documentation and technical writing skills.
- Audit handling experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Data Integrity principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Specific experience in Biopharma Production QMS.
