Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or reporting.
- Proven expertise in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
