Roles and Responsibilities

For Freshers (0–1 Year)

• Assist in production activities
• Work in shifts including night shifts
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

For Shift Chemist (3–6 Years)

• Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR & SOPs
• Ensure process checks and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards

For Shift In-Charge (7–10 Years)

• Plan and supervise production activities
• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation
• Handle deviations, change controls, and incident reporting

Required Qualifications
