📋 Detailed Job Description
The Research Associate – Bioanalytical Operations will be responsible for:
✔ Developing and validating bioanalytical methods (LC-MS/MS)
✔ Processing & analyzing clinical study samples
✔ Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting analytical instruments
✔ Preparing method SOPs, protocols, and compliance documents
✔ Ensuring GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) & 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
✔ Maintaining instrument logbooks, calibration records, and audit readiness
🔬 Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS, HPLC
- Knowledge of OECD GLP, FDA/EMA guidelines
- Strong documentation & SOP drafting skills
- Problem-solving in instrument troubleshooting
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
- Experience: 2-3 years in bioanalytical method development & validation
- Industry Preference: CRO / Pharma / Biotech
