Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Assign ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes for diagnoses & procedures
✔ Review medical charts and assign accurate CPT & ICD-10 codes
✔ Ensure 97%+ coding accuracy for outpatient/inpatient records
✔ Follow up with insurance payers for incomplete/unclear documentation
✔ Verify coding compliance with medical guidelines
✔ Participate in coding training sessions for skill enhancement

Required Candidate Profile:

✔ Education: Nursing / Pharmacy graduates (Regular UG only – No distance education)
✔ Certification: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
✔ Age Limit: Below 28 years
✔ Communication: Strong verbal & written English skills
✔ Backlogs: No pending backlogs in academics
✔ Shift: Day shift (9 AM – 6 PM)
