Probus Standards LLP is seeking an experienced HPLC Analyst specializing in API/CRM Method Development & Validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HPLC instrumentation, GLP compliance, and analytical techniques to support pharmaceutical testing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ HPLC Method Development & Validation for APIs and Certified Reference Materials (CRM)
✔ Ensure compliance with GLP guidelines and regulatory standards (USP, ICH, etc.)
✔ Operate and maintain HPLC instruments (Waters, Agilent, Shimadzu, etc.) and related software (Empower, Chromeleon, etc.)
✔ Perform analytical testing, data interpretation, and report generation
✔ Troubleshoot instrument issues and optimize analytical methods
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for method transfers and validations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✅ 4-6 years of experience in HPLC method development for pharmaceuticals
✅ Strong knowledge of ICH Q2, USP, and GLP guidelines
✅ Proficiency in HPLC, UPLC, and related analytical techniques
✅ Experience with stability studies, impurity profiling, and dissolution testing
✅ Excellent documentation and analytical problem-solving skills
