Detailed Job Description: Trainee Medical Coder
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate medical codes to diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS systems.
- Review patient records for compliance and billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to coding guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 2024 graduates in Pharm D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc/MSc (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Zoology)
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% in all subjects
- Certification: No prior medical coding certification required (training provided)
- Work Experience: Freshers only
