📌 Job Description
As an MICC Executive, you will be responsible for:
✔ Handling medical information enquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
✔ Managing product quality complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
✔ Maintaining accurate documentation of calls and following SOPs.
✔ Collaborating with medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and quality teams.
✔ Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.).
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Nursing.
- Experience: 2-4 years in medical information call centers, pharmacovigilance, or drug safety.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication & medical terminology knowledge.
- Experience in call handling, CRM tools, and case processing.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
