Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review case report forms (CRFs) and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and sponsors.
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters.
- Assist in regulatory submissions and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a CRA in clinical research.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to clinical trial sites.
