We are seeking a CPC-certified Medical Coder specializing in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding to ensure accurate risk adjustment coding for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and assign ICD-10-CM codes for HCC documentation.
✔ Ensure compliance with CMS, OIG, and HIPAA regulations.
✔ Perform audits to validate coding accuracy.
✔ Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams for documentation improvement.
✔ Stay updated with coding guidelines and industry changes.
✅ Eligibility & Skills Required:
✔ Certification: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) mandatory.
