Himalaya Wellness Company is seeking passionate and skilled professionals for the role of Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) in Clinical Operations. This role involves working with cutting-edge clinical studies to validate the safety and efficacy of Himalaya’s products.

Responsibilities in the Job

As a CRA/Sr. CRA – Clinical Operations, the candidate will:

  1. Conduct clinical study monitoring and ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.
  2. Coordinate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth execution of clinical trials.
  3. Ensure proper documentation of all trial-related activities, including case report forms and monitoring reports.
  4. Monitor and manage site performance and data quality to ensure timelines are met.
  5. Provide support for site selection, initiation, monitoring, and study close-out activities.
  6. Resolve data discrepancies, ensure patient safety, and maintain trial integrity.
  7. Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations teams to improve study efficiency.
  8. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and report on study progress regularly.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the CRA/Sr. CRA position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (BSc/BDS/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc).
  • 2-3 years of experience in clinical study monitoring with a sponsor or CRO (Contract Research Organization) is preferred.
  • Candidates who have worked as a “study site coordinator” in reputed institutes within clinical operations are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple sites and studies efficiently.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with site staff, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and protocol compliance.
  5. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address trial-related challenges effectively.
  6. Proficiency in using MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
