Stores/Warehouse Manager Role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with QC, Manufacturing, and QA departments for material testing and release as per production plans.
- Plan and review workforce availability for material receipts, movements, sampling, labeling, relocation, and dispensing activities.
- Oversee online documentation for all warehouse operations.
- Initiate material write-offs for rejected, non-moving, slow-moving, or expired materials with proper management and customs approvals, adhering to SOPs.
- Review and approve change controls, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
- Respond to regulatory audits, including USFDA, PMDA, ISO, FSSC, ANVISA, and internal compliance audits.
Qualifications
- MSc or MBA with 15-20 years of experience in the API industry.
- Proven expertise in warehouse management, regulatory compliance, and material handling.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, change controls, and audit processes.
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

- Document and report test results accurately.
- Collaborate with the quality team to maintain high standards during production.
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry with 1-4 years of experience in the API industry.
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, wet lab, IR, and auto titrator techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
