Areas of Work Successful candidates will work in the following sections of Quality Control (OSD):
- Stability studies
- HPLC & GC analysis
- Wet chemical analysis
- Dissolution testing
- In-Process & Finished Product testing
- Raw Material testing
- LIMS operations
- Microbiology testing
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine and stability sample analysis using sophisticated instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution apparatus, etc.)
- Execute method validation, method transfer, and troubleshooting activities
- Review analytical data, chromatograms, and documentation as per GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain LIMS entries and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11
- Conduct microbial limit tests, BET, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring as per schedule
- Participate in internal audits, regulatory audits, and investigations (OOS/OOT/deviations)
- Ensure calibration and qualification of QC instruments
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical Quality Control (OSD formulation) from a reputed USFDA/MHRA-approved organization
- Must have strong hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and Wet analysis
- Candidates with exposure to regulatory audits and LIMS will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a must
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary in the range of ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹7.5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and current CTC)
