Roles & Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Officer/Executive in the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing analytical testing using advanced techniques such as Stability studies, HPLC, GC, Wet Analysis, and Dissolution testing.
• Conducting In-Process/Finished Product (IP/FP) sampling and analysis.
• Handling Raw Material (RM) testing, LIMS operations, and microbiological analysis.
• Ensuring adherence to GMP, GLP, and other regulatory standards.
• Documentation, calibration of instruments, and investigation of deviations/OOS results.
• Supporting stability studies and validation activities.

These roles demand precision, analytical skills, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Hetero Labs is seeking candidates with the following profile:

• Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc (Chemistry/Pharmaceuticals) with relevant experience.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in Pharmaceutical Quality Control, preferably in OSD formulations.
• Hands-on experience in areas like Stability, HPLC, GC, Wet Analysis, Dissolution, IP/FP, RM, LIMS, and Microbiology is essential.
• Freshers with exceptional academic records may be considered for junior roles, but preference is for experienced candidates.

Candidates should be ready to work in shifts and relocate to Hyderabad if required.
