Hetero is hiring for both Injectable and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) lines.
Injectable Production:
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
- Experience: 1 to 6 Years
- Positions: Operator / Senior Operator
- Key Areas of Work: Autoclave, Compounding, Filling, Vial Washing & Lyophilizer
OSD Production:
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 1 to 6 Years
- Positions: Operator / Senior Operator / Officer / Junior Executive
- Key Areas of Work: Granulation, Coating & Compression
2. Packing Department
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Positions: Officer / Junior Executive / Executive
- Key Areas of Work: Bottle Packing (Primary & Secondary Area)
3. Warehouse Department
- Qualifications: Diploma / Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Positions: Junior Officer / Officer
- Key Areas of Work: Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM) & Dispensing
Roles & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Operating and monitoring sophisticated equipment in sterile injectable or OSD manufacturing environments
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, USFDA, and other regulatory standards
- Performing in-process checks, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Maintaining safety, hygiene, and quality standards in packing and warehouse operations
- Handling material dispensing, inventory management, and logistics in warehouse roles
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant technical or scientific education (ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or Graduate)
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production, packing, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality
