Walk-In Interview: OSD Manufacturing Operators/Officers
Hetero Labs Limited is conducting a walk-in interview for experienced and qualified professionals to fill multiple openings for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Manufacturing Operators and Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a reputable, multinational pharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities:
This position requires hands-on experience in various aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Production:
- Compression of tablets
- Coating of tablets
- Capsule filling
- Granulation processes
- Operation and maintenance of production equipment
- Adherence to strict quality control procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Documentation of all production activities
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Packaging:
- Primary and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products
- Blister packing
- Bottle packing
- Quality inspection of packaged products
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the packaging area
- Efficient operation of packaging machinery
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Sc in a relevant scientific discipline. A strong academic background is highly valued.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in OSD manufacturing within a pharmaceutical environment. Proven ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately is essential. Experience with various types of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a must.
