Key Responsibilities
FR&D Scientist
- Formulation Development & Optimization
- Design and optimize formulations for OSD and Injectable products.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies to assess drug-excipient compatibility.
- Exhibit Batch Preparation & Scale-Up
- Lead lab-scale to commercial-scale batch transitions.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during manufacturing.
- QbD-Based Approach
- Implement Quality by Design (QbD) principles for robust formulations.
- Prepare detailed documentation for regulatory submissions.
AR&D Scientist
- Method Development & Validation
- Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, and UV spectroscopy.
- Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and pharmacopeial standards.
- Stability Studies & Release Testing
- Conduct accelerated and long-term stability studies.
- Perform in-process and finished product testing.
- Analytical Documentation
- Prepare protocols, reports, and analytical data for regulatory filings.
- Support audits and address quality-related queries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: M.Pharma/M.Sc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–8 years in pharmaceutical R&D (OSD/Injectables preferred).
- Technical Expertise:
- FR&D: Hands-on experience in formulation development, QbD, and scale-up.
- AR&D: Proficiency in HPLC/GC/UV, method validation, and stability studies.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
