Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Research & Data Analyst, you will:
- Analyze hospital purchasing, claims, and EHR datasets from the US healthcare market.
- Work directly with top global MedTech clients to understand pain points and deliver insights.
- Design, build, and maintain big-data processing systems and analytical pipelines.
- Develop algorithms and automated processes for data cleaning, integration, and evaluation.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities across large datasets.
- Perform secondary research to support data interpretations.
- Contribute to improvements in Clarivate’s data strategy, models, and products.
- Present analytical findings confidently to customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have:

- 2+ years of experience working with large datasets.
- Strong SQL skills (MS SQL mandatory).
- 2+ years hands-on experience in Python or R.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E. Biotechnology, Medical Electronics, or B. Pharmacy.
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain projects.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Ability to understand data variables and connect cross-dataset insights.
- Exposure to statistical methods and end-to-end project management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of US healthcare market and MedTech data.
- Experience with data vendors, claims data, or pharmacy datasets.
- Understanding of medical device trends and purchasing behavior.
Job Location & Work Schedule
- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM IST
