Job Description: Analytics Associate
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process large-scale healthcare datasets using Alteryx, SQL, and other database tools.
✔ Analyze data to design custom solutions for client business problems.
✔ Develop actionable recommendations and present insights via PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlikview, or Sisense.
✔ Collaborate with global cross-office teams to enhance skills and train peers.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
✅ 0-2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication skills (fluency in English).
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
