Job Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Voice Support professional at HCL, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in the healthcare domain.
- Manage RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes such as denial management, claims processing, and AR calling.
- Work on provider and payer claims queries and support the entire RCM cycle.
- Collaborate with international trainers to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A good command of English with excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts.
