Job Title: HCC Risk Adjustment Medical Coder
Experience Required: 3+ Years in Medical Coding (HCC/RADV Focus)
Salary: ₹3-8 LPA
Certifications Required: CPC / CRC (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform HCC risk adjustment coding for Medicare/Medicaid programs.
✔ Ensure compliance with CMS, HHS, and HIPAA regulations.
✔ Conduct RADV audits (High, Medium, Low complexity records).
✔ Analyze medical records for accurate ICD-10-CM coding.
✔ Work with EHR systems & NLP-based coding tools.
✔ Maintain documentation standards and audit readiness.
Skills Required:
- Strong ICD-10-CM coding expertise.
- Knowledge of CMS-HCC & HHS-RADV models.
- Experience in payer/provider risk adjustment programs.
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Excellent analytical & communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Certification: CPC (AAPC) or CRC (AHIMA) required.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years in HCC/RADV coding.
