Role Overview: Associate – Business Development
As an Associate – Business Development, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating leads, and interacting with clinicians and diagnostic centers. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to sales strategies, healthcare market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet healthcare professionals, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to promote solutions.
- Support business development activities across assigned territories.
- Educate clinicians on clinical genomics and infectious disease diagnostics.
- Execute field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share market insights with the team.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
