Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate – Lab Partnership, you will:
- Conduct market research to identify potential lab partners and diagnostic franchises in your city and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified prospects.
- Assist in developing structured onboarding roadmaps for lab and franchise partners.
- Outline milestones, timelines, and resources required for partnership initiation.
- Support initial outreach, schedule meetings, and prepare partnership presentations.
- Assist in deal support, documentation, and aligning partner needs with company offerings.
- Develop strong product knowledge of HaystackAnalytics diagnostic solutions.
- Track outreach activities, partnership progress, and prepare insightful reports for management.
- Analyze data to improve partnership strategies and outreach effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; extroverted with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of biotechnology or life sciences is advantageous.
- Prior experience in client handling, sales, or stakeholder management is a plus.
- Creative in outreach and persuasion, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel, email communication, and PowerPoint.
