Available Positions, Qualifications, Experience & Key Responsibilities
1. Production Department
- Position: Intermediate (For Chargemen) / Various Roles
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / Any Graduation
- Experience: 0 to 5 Years
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Freshers: Basic knowledge of production processes required.
- Experienced: Handling of all production equipment along with proper documentation as per regulatory standards.
2. Engineering & Maintenance Department
- Position: Fitter / Electrician / Other Maintenance Roles
- Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience: 1 to 2 Years
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Routine, preventive, and production maintenance activities.
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Operation and maintenance of AHUs and utilities.
- Preventive, breakdown, and general maintenance.
3. Quality Assurance Department
- Position: IPQA / Documentation Roles
- Qualification: M.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 4 Years (3 to 4 years preferred for advanced roles)
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge in handling IPQA activities.
- APQR Preparation.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
Salary & Benefits Competitive salary packages will be offered based on experience, qualification, and current CTC.
