Job Responsibilities
Production Department
- Technician/Sr. Technician:
- Operate autoclave, TS operator, filling & capping machines, vial washing, and depyrogenation tunnel.
- Manage automatic visual inspection machines (Brevetti, Tofflon, Eisai, Wilco) and X-ray machines.
- Prepare Knapp/Challenge/Defect Kits for quality assurance.
- Officer/Sr. Officer:
- Supervise filling lines in aseptic Grade B areas and batch manufacturing processes.
- Oversee garment washing, vial/ampoule washing, and tunnel operations in Grade C areas.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive:
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), including change control, investigations, and market complaints.
- Conduct risk assessments, nitrosamine, and elemental impurities evaluations.
- Perform vendor qualifications, audits, and compliance checks.
- Execute equipment, utility, and computer system validation (CSV) along with media fill studies.
- Handle process validation, cleaning validation, and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
- Perform in-process and finished product sampling, aseptic process simulation, and BMR/BPR review.
- Review Quality Control (QC) and microbiology documents, validate analytical/microbial methods, and handle instruments like UV, HPLC, FTIR, GC, LPC, TOC, polarimeter, and refractometer.
- Manage OOS/OOT incidents, change control, and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
Qualifications
- Production:
- Technician/Sr. Technician: ITI, Diploma in Engineering, or B.Sc. with 1-10 years of experience in sterile pharma plants.
- Officer/Sr. Officer: B.Pharm with 2-8 years of experience in aseptic areas or batch manufacturing.
- Quality Assurance:
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive: B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 2-10 years of experience in QMS, equipment qualification, validation, IPQA, or GLP QA.
- Preference for candidates with experience in sterile pharmaceutical plants.
