Key Responsibilities
Production
- Operate lyophilizers, vial washing, tunnel sterilizer, filling, and sealing lines
- Batch manufacturing & filling in Grade A/B/C/D areas
- Compliance with cGMP & regulatory standards
Quality Assurance
- In-process quality assurance (IPQA), line clearance, batch record review
- Qualification, validation & QMS activities
Quality Control
- Testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products & stability samples
- Handling HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and microbiology testing
Engineering
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of lyophilizers and sterile equipment
- Utility management (HVAC, WFI, pure steam)
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma / ITI / BE
- 1–10 years of hands-on experience in sterile or lyophilized injectable manufacturing (mandatory)
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, EU, or WHO audits preferred
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
