Key Responsibilities
As a Production Technician/Sr. Technician at Gufic Biosciences Indore, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality injectable production. Duties vary by profile but include:
- Operating autoclave/TS, filling & capping machines, batch manufacturing, and vial washing/depyrogenation tunnels.
- Handling Automatic Visual Inspection Machines (AVI) and X-ray machines; proficient in Brevetti/Tofflon/Eisai/Wilco equipment qualification and Knapp/Challenge/Defect Kit preparation.
- Supervising Grade B aseptic areas (filling line) and Grade C operations (batch manufacturing, autoclave, garment washing, vial/ampoule washing & tunnel).
- Maintaining sterile pharma standards, documentation, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Troubleshooting equipment and ensuring smooth production shifts in one of the world’s largest lyophilized injectable plants.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Engineering, or BSc.
- Experience:
