GSSSB has announced a Special Recruitment Drive for Junior Pharmacist (Category-3) under the Health and Family Welfare Department. This recruitment is exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) to fill 10 vacancies across disability categories:

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing medicines and managing pharmacy operations.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) OR Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) from a recognized university.
- D.Pharma candidates must have 2 years of experience as a Junior Pharmacist/Dispenser in Govt./Private sectors.
- Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and Gujarati/Hindi.
2. Age Limit (as of 25/04/2025)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 35 years (Age relaxation for PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per rules).
3. Disability Requirement
- Candidates must have ≥40% disability certified by a competent medical authority under RPwD Act, 2016.

Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Part-A: General Aptitude (60 marks)

- Negative Marking: ¼ marks deducted for wrong answers.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Pay: ₹40,800/month (Fixed for 5 years).
- After 5 Years: Level-5 Pay Scale (₹29,200–₹92,300).
